Henry Fielding’s classic best-selling novel gets a new four-part adaptation on MASTERPIECE. Tom Jones serves up a new twist to the tale of a misbegotten young man’s love for a beautiful heiress.

Solly McLeod (House of the Dragon) stars as Tom, with Sophie Wilde (You Don’t Know Me) as Sophia, the object of his infatuation, and Hannah Waddingham (Ted Lasso) as the iconic seductress Lady Bellaston.

In part two, Tom is banished by his adoptive father, Allworthy, and Sophia tries to outrun her impending marriage to Blifil. Adventure ensues, including fateful encounters at two inns.
