Associate Director of Development

WITF is seeking an outgoing and creative fundraiser to join our team.  In this role, you will help WITF grow in the areas of donor engagement, major donor prospecting, donor events, and customer service.  The ideal candidate should be a team player who is capable of handling multiple tasks while working alongside different types of donors and stakeholders.  No day will be ordinary as this person will be expected to execute events, give tours, and help build WITF’s portfolio of donors on all levels.

PA Post Director of Development

PA Post is seeking a Director of Development to partner with our Executive Editor to help foster our mission of connecting Pennsylvanians to their state, and each other, with accountability and deep-dive reporting that is multimedia, digital-first audience-focused and distributed statewide.

In this role, you will develop relationships with individuals, institutional funders and community leaders to help grow our reporting initiatives by building revenue streams to sustain PA Post’s long-term financial success. The Director of Development will also work strategically to develop new and non-traditional sources of revenue.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building relationships and developing diverse ways to grow revenue. They should also have experience delivering clear and concise communication to various audiences as well as be capable of effectively managing multiple priorities and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment. The role is based in Harrisburg, PA and occasional travel throughout PA.

WITF offers resume-building, academic experience to college students across a variety of disciplines.  While our internships are unpaid, interns using their internship for academic credit have the opportunity to apply for a stipend through the Chronister Internship Endowment
