Administrative Support Specialist

WITF is looking for a fast learner and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist to work with our Development and Fundraising team. In this role, you will work cross-departmentally to enter and report on crucial data that helps support our customer service team. This role also provides administrative support using our CRM system and the Microsoft Office suite performing key functions such as mail merges, creating reports, and reconciling data. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel as well as have a proven track record with using a customer database, working independently, and problem solving.

Chief Impact Officer

WITF is seeking a results-driven individual to join WITF’s senior leadership team as the Chief Impact Officer. Reporting to the President/CEO, the Chief Impact Officer will take the lead in planning and executing the organization’s growth strategy by aligning cross-organizational goals in marketing, sales, fundraising, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be experienced in cultivating strategic partnerships and growing internal and external relationships to drive revenue growth, have a strong grasp current marketing and sales strategies, be familiar with trends in non-profit fundraising, and have a proven track record of community involvement.

WITF offers resume-building, academic experience to college students across a variety of disciplines.  While our internships are unpaid, interns using their internship for academic credit have the opportunity to apply for a stipend through the Chronister Internship Endowment
