Outside dumpster lids left open. The ceiling in the back storage area is not finished, plastic draped in some areas due to ceiling leakage, holes in the insulation sheets. Back door has a hole on each side of the bottom of the door and does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents and other animals. Old unused equipment stored in the back storage area should be removed from food facility.
