‘This is far worse than anything I have ever seen’: York County flooding damage

(Undated) — Thomas and Cloe Spangler held their grandmother’s hand and led her onto the muddy lawn of the A.M. Grove General Store.

The ground squished beneath their feet as they carried their pink buckets to the front steps. They told a volunteer they were there to help
