(Willow Street) —Philanthropist Ann Barshinger has donated millions of dollars to arts and theater groups, a cancer center, and to her late husband’s Alma Mater, Franklin & Marshall College.
The 89-year-old grew up on a farm near Glen Rock, York County, but is now best known for her work in and around Lancaster.
