(Undated) — Many people spoke out against a mini-casino possibly coming to the York Galleria during a packed public hearing in Springettsbury Township on Thursday night.
Penn National Gaming is considering sites in four communities in York County for a mini-casino. The company has been eyeing the first floor of the Sears building at the mall, township solicitor Charles Rauch said.
