(Harrisburg) — A correspondent for abc27 has announced she is leaving the station.

In a Facebook post on Friday, Carrie Mailey Perry, a former correspondent for the station’s “Good Day PA” segment, said that she left WHTM-TV in April “for many reasons,” going on to elaborate that the “climate for women is simply not favorable.”

In the post, she said that she plans to continue her advocacy for those with Lyme Disease.

Perry is the third on-air woman to leave the network due to complaints over the work environment at the station.
