(Undated)– Four adult males are dead after a crash in Paradise Township on Monday morning, according to York County Coroner Pam Gay.

Units were dispatched to the scene of the reported crash with entrapment on Route 30 near Pine Road and Mary Street around 7:15 a.m., according to the York County incident log.

According to Gay, a utility truck that was driving westbound near the 7600 block of Lincoln Highway crossed over the center lane into the path of a septic tanker truck, which was heading east.

All four people in the utility truck were killed, Gay said. The driver of the septic tanker truck was taken to an area hospital. There is no information on the driver’s condition at this time.

There will not be autopsies, but according to Gay, toxicology tests will be performed. The identities of the four people killed will be released after next of kin is notified.

The crash, near Emig’s 81 Diner, also required a Hazmat unit.

Rt. 30, between Moulstown and West Canal roads, will be closed five to six hours because of the crash, according to Northern York County Regional Police. As of 2:45 p.m., the area was still closed.
