(Middletown) — More than 60 people in Dauphin County are receiving assistance from the Red Cross, after a massive fire at an apartment complex.

Fire crews from several counties battled the blaze yesterday afternoon at the 80-unit Village of Pineford Rental Community in Middletown.

Eight Red Cross staff and volunteers teamed with community organizations and other responders to staff a reception center at the MCSO building in the borough.
