(Harrisburg) — Two midstate home improvement contractors are facing about $187,000 in fines.

State Attorney General Kathleen Kane’s office has brought the actions against Fry Asphalt and the owners of All County Asphalt and Seal Coating and Lazro and Sons General Construction.

York County-based Fry Asphalt, owned by Daniel Fry, allegedly failed to maintain current registration, complete contracted services, and follow other regulations.

The three owners of Lancaster County’s All County Asphalt and Lazro and Sons General Construction faced similar charges.

Kane’s office says a court order bars the four people involved in the two companies from ever working a paving contractor in Pennsylvania again.

Another York County contractor – Richard Wells – is also facing legal action for allegedly violating a similar order.
