(Chambersburg) — Chambersburg, Franklin County is facing questions about targeting of ethnic groups in food inspections.

The borough’s council is set to discuss the issue tonight.

Mike Kalathas, who runs The Historic Texas Lunch, has said he and others of Greek heritage feel targeted by inspectors.

Kalathas’s restaurant was cited for eight violations in its most recent inspection last November.

The company performing the checks is scheduled to offer a presentation on the work tonight at 7.
