(Lancaster) — Robert Poulton is the program director for culinary arts and restaurant management at The Pennsylvania School of Culinary Arts at YTI Career Institute – Lancaster.But his journey is not that simple, despite what he says.

For this month’s Beyond the Bio, Poulton recaps how he’s gone from England to Bermuda to Philadelphia and now Lancaster, and what its like teaching culinary techniques after working in so many different kitchens.
