Pa. Democratic lawmakers renew push to expand teacher certification and in-state tuition for DACA recipients

The proposals seek to make education for accessible to non-U.S. citizens. One would amend the rules so that people who have green card, work visa or a work permit can be employed at public schools as teachers. the other would allow immigrants apply for in-state tuition.
