A patient suffering from migraines is advised by Martin to quick cold-water swimming, but Mrs. Tishell’s attempts to help almost causes disaster. Martin suffers from his own migraines caused by the frequent interruptions of a new herbalist shop in the his village and the arrival of an old flame on his doorstep. Meanwhile, Penhale attempts to rekindle his relationship with Janice.

Doc Martin first premiered twenty years ago in 2004 and has since been an international hit with fans in Spain, Italy Australia, and more. Martin Clunes played the curmudgeon Martin Ellingham while Caroline Catz played Louisa Ellingham, Martin’s wife. John Marquez played PC Penhale and Selina Cadell played Mrs. Tishell.
