When her daughter is diagnosed with cancer, aspiring doctor, Nina, must put her academic and medical dreams on hold to care for Lily. Ten years later, a thirty-nine-year-old Nina gets her life and career back on track by accepting a nurse role at the Madeleine Bres Hospital. From disdain from her superiors to the day-to-day of balancing a medical career with motherhood, she overcomes many obstacles on her road to fulfilling her dreams.
Season 2 opens with a derailed train sending a tsunami of patients to the hospital. Nina is strapped with caring for the devastated train driver who feels responsible for the destruction he caused. Tune in to experience this gripping and courageous series.
