Marriage is a warm, sometimes funny, sometimes moving, and always revealing look at the need for togetherness and the joy of love in a difficult world.

In this four-part, slice-of-life mini-series, married couple Ian and Emma negotiate the insecurities, ambiguities, hopes and fears, difficulties, and risks and gifts of a long-term, intimate relationship.

They navigate hard relationships with difficult parents and siblings, meeting their child’s significant other, temptations of friendships (that could be something more), complicated work dynamics, and much more.
