Previously, Fred was at WRVO in Oswego, NY for 12 years serving in various roles including Program Director and before that Operations Manager. Fred graduated from the State University of New York College at Oswego with a B.A. in Mass Communications and Broadcasting.

President Biden will address a joint session of Congress as he approaches his 100th day in office. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has invited the president to share his “vision for addressing the challenges and opportunities of this historic moment.”
Special coverage on radio and television begins at 9pm and is expected to wrap up around 11pm. The coverage will include a Republican response.
