Smart Talk Road Trip heads to Midtown Scholar Bookstore on Friday October 4th during the Harrisburg Book Festival. Join us for a live Smart Talk broadcast from 9 to 10 AM with Eric Foner, winner of the Pulitzer Prize for History the Lincoln Prize and the Bancroft prize. Foner has long established himself as the authority on the reconstruction period after the civil war and will discuss his latest book “The Second Founding: How the Civil War and Reconstruction Remade the Constitution.”
