Smart Talk celebrates 10 years!

Ten years ago Radio Smart Talk launched in response to The Great Recession of 2008. Listeners needed to understand and talk about one of the worst economic meltdowns in U.S. history.  Today Smart Talk takes a deep dive into a whole range of issues facing our community.

Join us for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres as we celebrate a decade of thoughtful civil conversation.  Tuesday, October 9 at 6pm at the WITF Public Media Center in Harrisburg.

WITF Multimedia News Director Tim Lambert will emcee the evening.  The special program includes a look back at the shows history plus a conversation and audience Q&A with Smart Talk Host and Executive Producer Scott LaMar.
