On July 11, 2016, America was reeling from the shootings of two black men by police — one in Louisana and another in Minnesota — by police officers. Those shootings were part of a string of violent confrontations between police ands African-American men.
A few days before the shootings, a sniper shot and killed five police officers and wounded seven others in Dallas.
Smart Talk brought together five panelists to discuss the police shootings in depth.
