Thursday’s Smart Talk features a discussion of what comes next in Pennsylvania after the U.S. Supreme Court in effect legalized gambling on sporting events earlier this week.

Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board communications director Doug Harbach is on the program to put into perspective the effect that future sports gambling will have on the state. Josh Ercole is the CEO of the Council on Compulsive Gambling of Pa, he will weigh in on potential problems with the expansion.
