(Harrisburg)_Last week a task force on autonomous vehicles released a list of recommendations for governing the testing of driverless cars in the commonwealth.

State regulators are now inviting the public to review the list and  join officials for an online discussion.

PennDOT Secretary Leslie Richards and members of the task force will present the recommendations and take questions from viewers during the hour-long webcast Monday night.

Deputy Secretary and co-chair of the task force Kurt Myers says they want to do as much outreach as possible to help people understand this rapidly changing technology.

The webcast starts at 7 o’clock tonight on PennDOT’s automated vehicle testing page.

You can submit questions to penndotav@pa.gov for the webcast.
