Muslim conference starts Friday in Harrisburg
(Harrisburg) — A reform-minded Muslim group plans to gather in Harrisburg for a conference starting Friday.
The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community calls itself one of the oldest American Muslim organizations and is holding its annual 67th annual convention at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex.
It features a discussion on Saturday on the current feelings about Islam, with guests from Congress, the U-S State Department, Guatemala’s Congress, and Mali’s ambassador to the U-S.
