Smart Talk: Keystone Crossroads – Bridges, PA-Canada relationship

Penn Street bridge 600 x 340.jpg

What to look for on Smart Talk Wednesday April 15, 2015:

Wednesday’s Smart Talk is about bridges, both literal and figurative.

Pennsylvania is ranked number one in the nation with the number of bridges that are structurally deficient.   Bridges link people, communities, states and nations but in Pennsylvania, many bridges are being worn down by weather and use, heavy trucks and road salt, over many years.

Keystone Crossroads: Bridging Our Communities is a TV program that examines the state of bridges in Pennsylvania and what we can do to preserve them by telling stories of a few of the state’s iconic bridges.  Keystone Crossroads TV Producer Diana Robinson appears on Wednesday’s Smart Talk with details.

Also on Wednesday’s Smart Talk is a figurative bridge.
