Live stream: Obama’s speech at National Defense University

President Obama is scheduled to make a major speech today at 2 p.m. EST at the National Defense University in Washington, D.C. He is expected to announce major changes in U.S. foreign policy regarding the use of drone airstrikes overseas. He is also expected to talk about the issue of detainees in Guantanamo prison.

NPR will carry the speech live during Talk of the Nation at 2 p.m. Host Neal Conan will be joined in the studio by NPR counter-terrorism correspondent Dina Temple-Raston and senior Washington editor Ron Elving. Tune in to witf FM or stream the speech via your computer using the following methods.
