The Department of Homeland Security is making weekly deportation flights from Louisiana to Haiti. After receiving a reprieve last week, York pastor Molis Augustave was flown out of the country Thursday, according to a community group organizing on his behalf.

A York pastor and father of two U.S.-citizen children was loaded on to a deportation flight to Haiti, but was removed at the last minute, according to immigration advocates. They are celebrating the momentary win while calling for continued support for the legal challenges ahead in the case of Molis Augustave.
