Autopsy: Pittsburgh Steelers QB Dwayne Haskins was drunk when fatally struck
The Broward County Medical Examiner’s Office said Haskins’ blood alcohol content was 0.20 when he was fatally struck just before dawn on April 9.
The decision pertains to sports in Division II at Bloomsburg, Lock Haven, Mansfield, California, Clarion and Edinboro universities.
The Steelers have the 20th overall pick in the draft following a 9-7-1 season that ended with a blowout loss to Kansas City in the opening round of the playoffs.
