David Payne is a Producer/Researcher for WITF’s The Spark, as well as afternoon host for All Things Considered. David has enjoyed an almost 40-year career as a broadcaster, including for Radio PA, Metro Networks, and radio stations WIOO in Carlisle, WKBO in Harrisburg, and WGMD in Rehoboth Beach, DE. David is also an Announcer for the Pennsylvania Lottery, and for the last 23 years, Public Address Announcer for the Temple University Diamond Band. A Philadelphia native and Temple University graduate, David has called Harrisburg home for 34 of the last 39 years.
