aired; September 4, 2026

What does it take to pursue big goals, build a business and create a life that goes beyond other people’s expectations? On The Spark, we’ll talk with Dillon Strouse, founder of Strouse Entertainment, about his personal journey, his passion for music and entertainment, and the experiences that shaped his outlook on life and success.

Strouse, who was born with cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair, will share how perseverance, motivation and community have influenced his path as an entrepreneur. We’ll also discuss the mission behind Strouse Entertainment, the challenges and successes he has experienced along the way, and his hopes for the future. Through his story, Strouse hopes to encourage others—including people with disabilities, parents and aspiring business owners—to pursue their goals and not let perceived obstacles define what they can accomplish.
