Central PA band Lysdexia talks about their beginnings and explains a mostly remote writing process—sending ideas, building a roadmap, then rehearsing—while embracing genre flexibility ranging from “balls to the wall” metal to more progressive and ambient elements, with complex time signatures and shifting riffs. They also talk about early-musician lessons, favorite albums, surprising tastes, first concerts, onstage mishaps, hobbies and gear/software preferences.
