About the Workshop
In today’s polarized climate, many people want to have meaningful conversations across political and cultural differences—but aren’t sure how to begin.
Braver Angels’ Skills for Disagreeing Better workshop will offer practical tools to help participants:
- Communicate across differences with respect and curiosity
- Listen to understand, not just respond
- Navigate disagreements without escalating conflict
- Build stronger, healthier communities
This interactive session is designed for students, community members, and anyone interested in strengthening civic dialogue.
Live Taping
After the workshop, guests are invited to attend a live recording of WITF’s The Spark with Asia Tabb, featuring Braver Angels. The conversation will explore themes of civic engagement, dialogue across differences, and what it takes to bridge divides in our region and beyond.
