Firehouse Subs, 100 W. Eisenhower Ave., Unit 20, Hanover, regular/complaint, Dec. 23. Pass. Observed 10 bottles of milk being offered for sale beyond sell-by date in the customer self-service refrigerator; corrected. Food employee observed in the sandwich prep area not wearing proper hair restraints. The hand-wash sink in the back prep area was blocked by a hand cart and aprons were being stored in the sink. Hand-wash sink was not accessible at all times for employee use; corrected.
