Wawa Food Market No. 166, 5060 Perkiomen Ave., Reading, Dec. 24. Pass. Thermometer for ensuring proper temperature of equipment is not available or readily accessible in the under-counter refrigerator in the coffee area; corrected.

Bulgogi Korean BBQ & Thai, 4725 Perkiomen Ave., Reading, Dec. 23. Pass. Soap was not available at the hand-wash sink in the front area; corrected. Paper towel dispenser empty at the hand-wash sink in the front area; corrected. Tableware for customer self-service is not displayed so that only handles are touched by consumers and employees; corrected.

Burger King No. 0282, 4890 Perkiomen Ave., Reading, Dec. 23. Pass. Working thermometer for ensuring proper temperature of equipment is not available in the small refrigerator under the coffee machine. Observed an accumulation of dirt/debris on the floor under equipment/shelving in the drive-thru and kitchen areas. Plumbing system not maintained in good repair; observed plastic taped to the sprayer hose at the three-compartment sink. Manager stated that a new hose was ordered and they expect to be receiving it soon.
