Epic Charcuterie, 23 Cobble Lane, Elizabethtown, opening, Dec. 24. Pass. No violations.

Maggie Mack’s Epic Foods LLC, 23 Cobble Lane, Elizabethtown, opening, Dec. 24. Pass. No violations.

Domino’s, 318 Chestnut St., Columbia, Dec. 23. Pass. Food employee (manager) observed preparing food not wearing a beard cover; repeat violation, April 24, 2025, and April 5, 2024.

Fire House Subs, 120-8A Rohrerstown Road, Lancaster, change of owner, Dec. 23. Pass. Food employee certification is displayed, but the individual is no longer employed by the retail food facility. A working container of sanitizer was stored on the same shelf with food in the food preparation area. Food facility has an original certificate posted, but the location is not conspicuous for public viewing.
