Thai Street Red Lion LLC @ Franklin St. Social, 214 N. Franklin St. Red Lion, December 19. Pass. Food utensils in kitchen area observed stored in a container of water, which is not maintained at 135 degrees F. Observed in-use knives and/or cleavers stored between table edges or between tables, an area not easily cleanable & sanitized. Corrected. Time in lieu of temperature being used in the food facility to control ready-to-eat potentially hazardous foods without written procedures or documentation to verify disposition of food. Corrected.

Friendly’s Restaurant, 423 Loucks Rd. York, Change of Owner, December 18. Pass. An open employee’s beverage container was observed on the shelf in the walk-in cooler above ready-to-eat foods. Corrected. Food ingredient storage containers (plastic squeeze bottles of condiments, sauces, dressings) in the walk-in cooler are not labeled with the common name of the food. Cases of frozen beef patties stored directly under condenser unit in the walk-in freezer were observed to have an accumulation of frozen condensate. Loose rubber door gaskets observed on the single-door Continental refrigerator. Ceiling tiles over prep area in the kitchen were observed to have stains, which may be signs of a possible roof leak. A working container of Butane was stored on the same shelf with food in the ice cream area. Corrected.
Burger King #23133, 779 Baltimore St. Hanover, Complaint, December 17. Pass. Food employee observed in sandwich prep area, wearing watch on hands or arms. Corrected. Food employees observed in sandwich prep area, not wearing proper hair restraints, such as nets, hats, or beard covers.
