Ulrich’s Farm, 2172 Heidelberg Ave. Newmanstown, Complaint, December 19. Pass. No violations.

Weis Markets, 800 S. 12th St. Lebanon, December 19. Pass. The fan covers on the evaporator in the dairy walk-in cooler, non-food contact surfaces, are not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil. The mop sink is deteriorated and can no longer be properly cleaned. The sink should be replaced. The facility should consider resurfacing the floor next to the mop sink as the floor is showing decay and is a potential source for microbiological contamination.

Elaine’s Catering, 237 S. 6th St. Lebanon, December 18. Pass. Observed clean food equipment on the bottom shelf of the equipment storage shelves, stored uncovered or not inverted. Corrected.

Trattoria Fratelli, 502 E. Lehman St. Lebanon, December 18. Pass. No violations.

7 Cuz Beer Store #328, 1960 Quentin Rd. Suite 200, Lebanon, December 17. Pass. Food facility does not have available sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration.
