The Waynesburger, 100 W Main Street, Waynesboro, Dec. 15. Pass. Food employees observed in kitchen area, not wearing proper hair restraints, such as nets, hats, or beard covers. Floor of kitchen is made of vinyl and is cracked / roughened / and is not a smooth, easily cleanable surface.
