Berks County YR Club, Parkside & Thrush Rd. Wyomissing, December 19. Pass. Thermometers for ensuring proper temperature of equipment are not available or readily accessible in two bain marie units and the dessert refrigerator in the kitchen. Corrected. Ice in direct contact with the cold plates at the bar is also being used for drinks. Corrected by adding a separate bin for the drink ice.
