Observed six to eight sauces in the walk-in cooler stored open with no covering; corrected on site. Old, unused equipment stored in kitchen area should be removed from food facility. Observed the following food contact surfaces not clean to sight or touch: handheld juicer, two can openers, two knives; corrected on site. Observed the following non food contact surfaces not clean to site or touch: rack between wok and stove, exterior of the two white bins holding rice/flour in need of deep-cleaning, exterior of the ice machine at service counter needs cleaned.

Shrimp observed thawing in standing water in the three-bay sink with dirty dishes and towels, which is not an approved thawing method. Potential rodent harborage areas on the exterior of the building observed behind the building due to a large accumulation of unused equipment. A shed was left open with unwanted cans/jars of food as well as bread racks. Nonfood contact surfaces not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil. Floor in grill area and the walls behind the grill area is made of rough concrete and block and is cracked, roughened and is not a smooth, easily cleanable surface.
