New Garden Chinese Restaurant, 4 Newport Plaza, Newport, Nov. 18. Pass. Numerous containers of ready-to-eat food stored open with no coverings in the walk-in cooler; repeat violation; corrected. Nonfood-contact surfaces not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil. Observed food residue buildup on the rubber door gaskets of the refrigerated unit on the cooking line.
