BJ’s Restaurant, 925 Plaza Blvd. Lancaster, Follow-up, November 21. Pass. No violations.

Bonefish Grill LLC, 970 Plaza Blvd. Lancaster, November 21. Fail. Shellstock tags are not maintained for 90 days from the date the container is emptied. Repair/replace rusty shelves in food prep area near saute grill. Clean inside of saute refrigeration unit. Food residue observed in handwash sinks indicating uses other than handwashing.

Canteen @ ASC 2 Machine Shop, 1411 Lancaster Ave. Columbia, November 21. Pass. No violations.

Captain Gus’ Steak Shop, 602 W. Orange St. Lancaster, Follow-up, November 21. Pass. Non-food contact surfaces throughout not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil.

Domino’s Pizza, 1611 Manheim Pike, Lancaster, November 21. Pass. No violations.

Elizabethtown Area High School, 600 E. High St. Elizabethtown, Complaint, November 21. Pass. No violations.

Plaza Mexico Restaurant, 1651 Lincoln Highway E. Lancaster, November 21. Pass. An employee’s open beverage container (twist-cap variety) was observed on a table with food. Bottles of liquid storage containers, in the cook line area, are not labeled with the common name of the food. Food facility does not have available sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration.
