Ganly’s State Hill Pub, 500 Brownsville Rd. Sinking Spring, November 7. Pass. Fryer basket observed with broken wires. Corrected, removed from service and replaced with a new one. Two working containers in the kitchen/prep area, used for storing chemicals, cleaners taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical. Corrected.

Kitt’s Cafe & Gandalf’s Garden, 8520 Allentown Pike, Suite 13 & 14, Blandon, November 7. Pass. No violations.

Little Caesars, 502 Lancaster Ave. Shillington, Complaint, November 7. Pass. No violations.

Lower Alsace Beneficial Association, 1206 Roosevelt Ave. Reading, November 7. Pass. Small scoop being stored in the drink ice at the bar with handle touching the ice. Corrected. Thermometer for ensuring proper temperature of equipment is not available or readily accessible in the small refrigerator at the bar. Corrected. One of the soda guns at the bar, a food contact surface, was observed to have residue and was not clean to sight and touch. Corrected.
