Observed raw chicken and raw eggs stored above ready-to-eat foods in the Pepsi refrigerator with potential for cross-contamination. Corrected on site. Wash, rinse and sanitize compartments at the three-bay sink area, were not set up to correctly wash, rinse and sanitize dirty dishes. Observed dirty knives, a food contact surface, stored on magnetic knife holder above three-compartment sink. Corrected on site.
