Wellspan G.S. Courtyard Café, 424 Walnut St. Lebanon, October 31. Pass. Observed one spatula and one plastic bowl with some deterioration. Both items were discarded. Some dry food debris was observed at the bottom of the rack for holding cutting boards.

Wellspan Health Pharmacy, 252 S. 4th St. Lebanon, October 31. Pass. No violations.

Turkey Hill #47, 815 Quentin Rd. Lebanon, October 30. Pass. The inside of the microwave is not clean; specifically, there was a black residue observed in the rear vent area.
