Truth Beer Company, 928 N Prince St. Lancaster, October 31. Pass. The floor in the brewery has chipping and peeling paint, making it not smooth and easily cleanable. Old unused equipment stored in the brewing area, should be removed from food facility. Observed air conditioners, car seats, Christmas decorations, and other items not needed for the business stored in the brewing area. The brewing area of the food facility is extremely dirty, dusty, and in need of cleaning. Spiders and spider webs observed in corners, near windows, and between equipment, throughout the brewing area.
