There were no restaurant inspections for Union County last week.

Central Oak Heights, P.O. Box 357, West Milton, Oct. 21. Pass. No violations.

Yoder-Zimmerman Post No. 1964, 10770 Old Turnpike Road, Mifflinburg, Oct. 20. Pass. Observed a room fan with an accumulation of dust debris on fan blades and guard; clean before further use. Drain tube for the the soda gun holder was clogged and not allowing for proper drainage of soda waste drip. Working container (spray bottle) at bar area, used for storing sanitizer, taken from bulk supplies, was not marked with the common name of the chemical; corrected on site.
