Food employees observed in kitchen area, not wearing proper hair restraints, such as nets, hats, or beard covers. The handwash sink in the kitchen area was blocked by large tub of potatoes and not accessible at all times for employee use (CORRECTED). Filters of hood system were observed to have significant grease and static dust accumulation.
