Bricker’s French Fries @ Morning Sun Market, 5309 Lincoln Highway, Thomasville, October 25. Pass. Food employees observed in kitchen area, not wearing proper hair restraints, such as nets, hats, or beard covers. The handwash sink in the kitchen area was blocked by large tub of potatoes and not accessible at all times for employee use (CORRECTED). Filters of hood system were observed to have significant grease and static dust accumulation.

El Tukru @ Morning Sun Market, 5309 Lincoln Highway, Thomasville, October 25. Pass. Food employee observed in kitchen area, wearing bracelet/watch/ring on hands or arms. Food facility does not have available sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration.

Food 2 Go @ Morning Sun Market, 5309 Lincoln Highway, Thomasville, October 25. Pass. Food facility hot water heater is not producing enough hot water to all supply hand sinks within a reasonable amount of time at the time of this inspection.

Johnny’s Eats & Treats, mobile food facility Type 3, 27 Mayfield St. Dover, October 25. Pass. No violations.
