Super Sang, 35 S. 8th St. Lebanon, October 24. Pass. Potential insect harborage areas inside the food facility observed in the food prep area due to observing a live cockroach on the glue trap next to the refrigerator. Frequency of cleaning along side of the refrigerator is not adequate as evidenced by an accumulation of debris along the side of the unit. Facility should periodically pull out the refrigerator and clean around it.
