Several containers in cooler not provided with adequate date labeling. Confirmed with Loraine via telephone on 10/27/25, dating will be provided moving forward.

Love, Lemon Creative Co. @ Phoenixville Farmers Market, 200 Mill St. Phoenixville, Opening, October 25. Pass. Ensure all foods requiring proper refrigeration are held at 41 degrees F or below during all hours of operation. Thermometers for ensuring proper temperatures of food are not available or readily accessible. Provide.

A-mart II, 1947 E. Lincoln Highway, Coatesville, October 24. Pass. Remove unnecessary items in back storage areas. Make sure mop sink is accessible. Correct within 14 days.

Cafe Com Leite, 117 S. Main St. Phoenixville, October 24. Fail. The Person in Charge does not have adequate knowledge of food safety in this food facility as evidenced by this non-compliant inspection. Food handlers not washing hands in between separate tasks, stressed the importance of proper hand washing and food handling. Food employees observed throughout, not wearing proper hair restraints, such as nets, hats, or beard covers. Bulk dry good container lacking label. Provide. Observed wet wiping cloths throughout, not being stored in sanitizer solution. Food handlers not changing gloves in between separate tasks. Stressed the importance of proper glove use and food handling. Scoop handle touching food in Flour bulk container. Keep handle up and away from food. Open bag of dry goods stored in back hallway near restroom. Once open move to a food-grade container with a lid. Raw eggs stored on counter at room temperature. Store at 41 degrees F or below. Grab and go desserts lacking proper discard dates. Provide immediately. Prepackaged grab-n-go desserts are not labeled properly with the name of product, ingredient statement, net weight, distributed by statement and/or nutritional facts. Removed from case. Cardboard lining floor in front of 3-bay sink. Remove. Clutter inside several cabinets behind front service counter, organize, remove any unused items. Avantco reach-in cooler out of service since last inspection. Remove from facility. The following need further cleaning and sanitizing: Interior of 2 door freezer; Interior of display case including sliding door tracks; Interior of Hesale cooler; Counter under coffee/Expresso machine. Heavy ice buildup in Whirlpool reach-in cooler. Thaw, clean and sanitize according to owners manual. Mop head on floor in ware wash area, mop stored in mop sink. Hang or invert to dry. To-go containers stored of floor under front counter. Store in a sanitary manner. Heavy grease/food-like debris under fryers. Clean. Inadequate lighting in public restroom. Replace bulbs.
