209 Beverage Warehouse, 4519 Route 209, Elizabethville, October 11. Pass. Food facility does not have available sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration.

East Coast Mini Donuts, mobile food facility Type 3, 6740 Allentown Blvd. Harrisburg, October 10. Pass. Observed several cracked lids on storage containers in need of being replaced. Additional detail cleaning of the facility is needed.

Burger King #16520, 4622 State Route 209, Elizabethville, October 9. Pass. No violations.

Kimlee’s, 1561 State Route 209, Suite B, Millersburg, Type 2 Follow-up, October 9. Pass. No violations.

Penbrook Church of God, 2733 Canby St. Harrisburg, October 9. Pass. Paint peeling was observed on the wall in the rear storage area.

Five Iron Grille, 650 S. Harrisburg St. Steelton, October 8. Pass. Observed a black, mold-like substance on the crash bar of the ice machine. Corrected on-site.

La Hori Kebab & Grill, 3840 Union Deposit Rd. Harrisburg, October 8. Pass. Observed scoop lying on top lid of cock pot while rice is cooking.

Mr. R’s Sub and Deli, 1082 Eisenhower Blvd. Suite A, Harrisburg, October 8. Pass. No violations.
